I studied at Chefs Training and Innovation Academy ( CTIA) for 2 years to become a Chef in 2018. I also did the Pro course with subjects such as cheese making, Charcuterie, molecular gastronomy and International cuisines. I have passed the City and Guilds exams with distinction and belong to the South African Chefs Association ( SACA)
My industry training included restaurants such as Kreme, Val de Vie, Benguela Cove and LUPA Midstream.
From being a Lecturer in Computer Sciences to teaching people how to cook, I am now living out both passions!
